OWNERSHIP

Quality and innovative development, long-term, hands-on commitment to ownership, and superior management capability over a wide geographic area are critical elements to our success. While there is cross ownership among GLS Properties, LLC, LWO Properties, LLC and MetroPlains Management, LLC, there is no common ownership between those companies and either MetroPlains, LLC or MetroPlains Partners, LLC.
