100 West Main

100 West Main was created to provide affordable living to seniors in downtown Bismarck. MetroPlains, LLC developed a mix of 30, one- and two-bedroom units across the top three floors, all accessible by an elevator. The first floor is reserved for common spaces allowing tenants to use to create their own community. These spaces include a community room with a kitchenette, lounge, care room, chapel, fitness room, sun room, patio and a spacious lobby.
