Cascade Creek is part of a mixed-use development of Kutsky Park including affordable workforce housing, office space and a daycare center.

Cascade Creek is a three-story mixed-use apartment building in an urban setting with underground parking. There are 40 apartments comprised of 6 one-bedroom, 20 two-bedroom, and 14 three-bedroom units. The portion of the site adjacent to Cascade Creek is occupied by a single story 10,000 square foot day care facility with a secured playground.

Cascade Creek has a central lobby with fireplace, community room, exercise room and is located blocks from the nationally known Mayo Clinic. The first floor shares is shared with a commercial space located on one end with living units on the other, all with direct access to the street.
