Lakewood Townhomes

Lakewood Townhomes offers 24 living units, including 8 single-level units and 16 two-story units. There are 12 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom townhomes with attached garages. Four units are wheelchair accessible. The goal of the site plan was to orient the townhomes toward the street in a manner evoking some of the elements of traditional neighborhood design. Each townhome has a small entry porch with access to the public sidewalk. The rear of each townhome faces a protected green area which allows for a safe area for children to play.
