Minot Place Rowhomes

Minot Place Rowhomes was developed in response to the critical need for housing created by the North Dakota flood events in 2011. The North Dakota Finance Agency’s flood- impacted housing assistance program provided necessary incentives to ensure the creation of this new  targeted housing. The project offers 30 living units, including 12 single-level units and 18 two-story units. There are 6 one-bedroom,12 two bedroom and 12 three-bedroom townhomes. The interior of each unit has a combined living/dining space, bedrooms, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry/utility room, and attached garage. The complex includes a leasing office, and a small community room which is adjacent to a playground and open space.
