Mississippi Flats offers 22 living units, including 6 single-level units and 16 two-story units. There are 11 two-bedroom and 11 three-bedroom townhomes with attached garages. Five units are wheelchair accessible and all units include a front porch that faces the street and attached garages accessible fro a rear driveway. The site contains roughly 2.78 acres of build able land and a 3.4 acre storm water retention pond.

There are four residential buildings and one community building. The interior of each unit have a combined living/dining space, bedrooms, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry/utility room and attached garage.
