Normandy Townhomes

Normandy Townhomes is the second multifamily phase to be developed in Heritage Greens in Cambridge. There are 18 three-bedroom/two-story units, 12 two-bedroom/two-story units and 4 two-bedroom/one-story handicapped accessible units. The interior of each unit has individual front and rear doors, living rooms, dining, kitchens, bedrooms, 2.5 baths, in-unit laundry, individual high energy efficient furnace/central air and an attached garage.

The townhomes offer design features including a playground, walking/biking path, individual entrances, access to local public parks, and services downtown within walking distance.
