The Current

Since the flood of 1997, the City of Grand Forks has been revitalized by redevelopment, investment and a renewed interest in living and working downtown. This four story apartment building is designed to enhance the streetscape with individual entries to access the apartments on the first floor. Tenants on the upper levels have views of either the Red River or the downtown skyline.
