Town Square Apartments

Town Square Apartments serves individuals/households experiencing mental and physical developmental disabilities. The development was a partnership with Northwoods Living, the provider of supportive services to the residents. A total of 24 one-and two-bedroom apartments provide independent living with support as needed. There is a community gathering space with a fireplace, a computer room, and an on-site management office. These common amenities promote opportunities for social activities in a comfortable and safe “home-like” setting.

Northwoods Living offices are located on the ground floor, with a separate street entrance. Northwood’s offices also have direct access into the residential facility, allowing for individual support if and when it is required. The facility is conveniently located across from the main library, providing accessible and important community amenity to the residents.
